Coffee Choco Chip Muffin

Made muffins again. Well it was supposed to be for a friend's bday but since he decided not to meet us, I thought why not just bake the damned muffins anyway. I mean, goes great for breakfast or tea break right? Right!
So today's muffin is Coffee Choco Chip. It... wasn't supposed to have coffee or choco chip...It was supposed to be plain muffin but while I was rummaging through the cabinet for baking powder I saw the Coffee essence and thought 'OOooohhh! COFFEE!!!' So that's how the coffee ended up inside. As for the choco chips, well I still had some left over in the fridge so SPAM! And voila~ Coffee choco chips! Pictures pending. Once I get off my arse. Hehehe.
My room now no longer smells like apples, but like coffee. =D
